What is Vinyl?
Vinyl is the most common component in today's sign industry. Not only is it cost effective, but it's easy to install and versatile in use.
How is Vinyl used?
Almost ever manner of signs will involve vinyl. It can be custom cut into decals and lettering, printed directly on for any kind of sign, create frosted glass or see-through window signs, or skin your vehicle to add a professional touch.
What are some of the special applications of vinyl?
Besides the common use of regular signs and lettering you might be in the need for something more special. Such as a dry erase board with your company logo. Window frosting with custom designs printed directly on them. Or creating sticker or magnets featuring your company or service.
Banner
What is Banner?
One of the more diversified materials for display, banner consists of a heavy vinyl inlaid with fabric mesh to provide reinforcement and durability. It can be printed on or adhered to depending on your needs. It also comes in several different weights depending on your needs as well a mesh form for letting wind through.
How is it used?
From Trade Shows to Churches, Stores to Events, banners can be a cost effective method to make an announcement, advertise, or showcase your business inside and out. They can come in whatever size to fit our needs and can last for months.
Fabrics
What are Fabrics?
We mainly offer two types of fabric material; Canvas and Polyester. Canvas is a heavy fabric used for ages as the base for painting. Going with the times, it has become adapted to be another print medium. In comparison, Polyester offers the same, but with more malleable uses
How are Fabrics used?
Canvas is mainly a decorative element. A custom canvas print can add to any room, office or business. It can also add a showcase like feel to anything being advertised. While Polyester can add a decorative element as a table cover or runner, it's also a substitute for any indoor banner applications.
Styrene Sheeting
What is Styrene Sheeting?
High Impact Polystyrene sheeting is produced from high grade extrusion type monomers. The sheets have good toughness, and environmental stress crack properties. A rigid material that resists dents and cracking, it accepts pressure-sensitive vinyl films, screen inks and digital imaging.
How is Polystyrene used?
The go to for any poster backing, Styrene is great for any type of indoor signage use. although plastic materials are an excellent option for temporary outdoor event and sponsor signage, this is not the recommended material for long term outdoor signage.
Foamcore
What is Foamcore?
A light and rigid board of polystyrene sandwiched between outer layers of white smooth stock paper
How is Foamcore Used?
Foam core is best for onetime usage, as the material can bend or dent easily. It is an economically professional solution for event signage, presentations or for when a sign won’t be handled often. Images on foam core are often not laminated to keep it a cost effective solution.
Coroplast
What is Coroplast?
Corrugated plastic, or Coroplast, is a ridged plastic material that is typically used for exterior yard signs.
How is Coroplast used?
Because of its ridges, aluminum step stands are easily inserted into the sign as an affordable self-standing promotion for events, real estate and service promotions. Coroplast is lightweight and affordable for all businesses, large and small, to transport between sites.
PVC
What is PVC?
PVC is a rigid plastic board available in many different colors. This material is easy to cut into different sizes and shapes. It has a textured surface for a matte appearance and is flame retardant.
How is PVC used?
Custom graphics adhere easily to this material and it can be placed in wall frames as an inexpensive interior POP display option, or interior identification solution.
Gatorboard
What is Gatorboard?
Gatorboard is the industry's leading heavy-duty foam board for more than 30 years. It is comprised of extruded polystyrene foam bonded between two layers of wood-fiber veneer.
How is Gatorboard used?
Much like Foamcore, Gatorboard is an economically professional solution for event signage. It is more durable than Foamcore, and is less susceptible to dents or bending.
Plexiglass
What is Plexiglass?
Plexiglass sheets are produced from a methyl methacrylate monomer and have outstanding physical, mechanical, optical, chemical resistant, and thermal properties.
How is Plexiglass used?
Plexiglass has a large variety of uses like back-lit electrical signs, plaques, and creating signs that can pop-out of the surroundings. A wonderful element to use when you want to make a logo "float" from the wall or create interesting lighting effects.
Aluminum
What is Aluminum?
Aluminum metal signs come in a variety of colors and thicknesses. The most common thickness – “.040” aluminum - is an affordable and durable material.
How is Aluminum used?
Aluminum is commonly used for real estate frames and interior office signs. The thicker “.080” aluminum is easily fixed to an exterior wall for identification and office signage. It is often utilized for custom parking signs.
Aluminum Composite
What is Aluminum Composite?
AKA - "Max Metal". A PVC core is sandwiched between sheets of Aluminum; which allows for greater warp resistance and reduced weight.
How is Aluminum Composite used?
Because of the lacquered metal finish, a variety of custom designed graphics can easily be applied for indoor or outdoor use. It also is an economic solution for post & panel signs, scoreboards, and wall or fence mounted signs as well.
MDO Board
What is MDO Board?
This is an affordable, yet sturdy wood product with a smooth white finish that allows for easy installation of vinyl lettering and graphics on the sign face.
